Welcome to Nethergate Medical Centre

In 1970, 5 G.P.s who were in practice in the West End of Dundee came together to form the first Group Practice in the city, converting premises for this purpose in South Tay Street, - the street in which doctors had traditionally lived and practiced since the last century.

On the 1st of April 2002 the 2 practices within the Centre combined to form one practice known as The Nethergate Medical Centre. A team of administrative and clerical staff, trained to meet the needs of our patients, supports the doctors and practice nurses. We also have additional consulting rooms available for other service providers, such as alcohol counselling and psychiatry.
