Only for patients
unfit to attend the surgery
If you require a home visit, please telephone before 9.30am. This
helps the doctors to plan their day and avoids unnecessary delays.
Visits are for those who are housebound or too ill to go out. Otherwise,
please try to come to one of the surgeries. Any requests after 9.30am
may be deferred to the following day, at the discretion of the duty
doctor. The doctor may phone patient back.
TELEPHONE ADVICE / ENQURY LINE
Requests for help and advice for non-urgent matters should be made
during surgery hours only. Many problems can be solved by advice
only; therefore patients should not always expect a prescription.
If you require medical advice please call our enquiry line on 221527.
The receptionist will deal with your query and, if appropriate,
will pass your query on to a doctor or nurse. The doctor or nurse
will call you back after surgery.
