Our Practice can only register patients who live within our boundary. Below is a map showing the areas that our practice is responsible for.
Unfortunately this means that if a patient currently registered to this practice moves house to an address that falls out with our catchment area the practice staff will inform them that they need to register with an alternative practice whose boundary includes the new address.
Patients who move out our practice boundary will recieve a letter informing them that they have 30 days to find an alternative GP before being automatically deducted from the Practice list.
The practice recognises this may cause upset for all patients , especially for patients who have ongoing health problems or have been registered with the Practice for a long time. However, we must consistently apply this for all patients in a fair way to ensure we treat everyone equally.
