TEXTING SERVICE

We operate a texting service but require patient consent.

We operate a texting service for all of our patients but require patient consent.  We require your UK mobile phone number to do this.  If you give your consent please update your details – Communication Consent Form – Nethergate Medical Centre  If you do give your consent please remember that it is your responsibility to keep your phone secure and control access to your SMS tex messages.

We would send reminders for some appointments and clinics.  This facility also allows you to cancel your appointment via your phone if you receive a text message, which saves you time trying to call the Practice.
