Art Angel
For more than twenty years Art Angel has been at the forefront of supporting people with mental health problems in their attempts to get better and stay well through active participation in the arts. From the outset we have seen ourselves as a project run for and by people with lived experience of mental ill-health, and as such feel we can rightly claim to be like no other organisation of its kind

SOS (Sources of Support)
The SOS service is for patients aged 16 or over whose mental health and wellbeing are affected by social and economic issues such as debt, housing, benefit support or similar. The link workers negotiate, liaise, advocate and communicate on the patient's behalf at the same time as they help to build the capacity and resilience of the patient to deal with issues themselves If you're interested in accessing the service please contact reception.
Community Listening Service
Many of us find it helpful to talk, particularly during stressful events at home or work, or after a bereavement or loss. Telling your story uninterrupted and judgment-free could help you to sort through your emotions. You may then be able to rediscover your strength and find a way forward. The service is available to anyone registered with a Tayside GP practice, to make an appointment call or email.
